This notice is written for visitors from outside Russia and reflects internationally recognized data protection principles (including those familiar from the EU General Data Protection Regulation), alongside the requirements of Russian law that apply to the Company as the data controller.
2. What data we collect
When you submit a request form on the site (including the "Leave a request" and "Get the turnkey price" buttons, or the form on the Contacts page), we collect your name, phone number, and, if you provide them, a comment and details of the car you're interested in. The site also collects anonymized visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, referral source) through analytics tools.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on your consent, given when you submit a request form or click a contact button, and on our legitimate interest in operating the site and responding to enquiries (for example, basic analytics needed to keep the site working correctly). You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to process your request, help select a vehicle, calculate the turnkey price, and contact you at the phone number provided. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses technical cookies for basic functionality (remembering your language and currency) and, where enabled by the Company, analytics tools (e.g. Yandex.Metrica or Google Analytics) to understand site usage. 6. International data storage and transfer
The Company is based in the Russian Federation, and your data is processed and stored there. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with its own data transfer rules, submitting your data through this site means it is transferred to and processed in Russia. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and accept this transfer.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We share your data with third parties only where necessary to fulfil your request — for example, to arrange delivery and customs clearance of the vehicle — or with the operator of the messenger service (WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX) through which you contacted us. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties for their independent use.
8. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time; see "Your rights" below.
9. Messenger communications
If you submitted a request via WhatsApp/Telegram, we may send you messages related to your inquiry and the status of your vehicle search. You can opt out of such messages at any time by letting us know in the chat.
10. Your rights
Regardless of where you are located, you may contact us at any time via the details above (info@sktradingkor.com, +821024513585) to: request access to the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; ask us to erase your data; object to or ask us to restrict certain processing; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent you previously gave. We respond to any request within 30 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with our response and are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
11. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults arranging a vehicle purchase and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when our practices or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.
